I really dig this coat, got it for the best price out there and the delivery was super quick. The only downside was that it had a bit of a musty smell when I took it out of the package, maybe it’s been sitting in storage for a while.

I'm happy with the purchase and the way they communicated when I had a question about the delivery. The sole reason I didn't rate it five stars is that I never got an order confirmation or any delivery info, which made me anxious that the order hadn't gone through, even though my online banking showed the transaction was successful. In the end, everything turned out alright, but they really need to step up their communication game.

The service was really quick and impressive, but I was a bit disappointed that the item (a Joules ladies gilet) didn’t come in a bag. It had a strong smell from the cardboard box it arrived in. I had to let it air out for a day or so before I could give it as a present.
